  • A 100% refund will be issued if the service has not yet commenced.
  • If the service has already started, refunds are negotiated on a case-by-case basis, depending on costs incurred.
  • The specifics of the refund process and conditions are outlined in the individual service agreement between the client and Jonny Bens.

2. Refund Timeframe

The timeframe for requesting a refund for an unused service is regulated by applicable law. Clients may cancel a service before it begins for a full refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, clients must:

  • Contact us via any preferred communication method.
  • Provide all required details from their service agreement, including proof of payment.

4. Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • The refund request will be reviewed within 3 business days from submission.
  • The actual refund transfer time depends on the payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • A refund cannot be issued if the service has already been fully provided.

6. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
